Darryl J. East (hereinafter referred to as "me", "myself" and/or "I"), is a freelance web designer/developer living in Akron, Ohio (but I am willing to relocate), with close to a decade of professional experience working on both small and large projects. With a sharp eye for detail and the understanding on how to interact with a client, makes me not only a good trench man to get things done, but also a person who can sit and pull that design out of the clients head...and by the way, I can code too!
But what really makes me tick…well, I like biking in the park, shooting hoops, bowling and oh yeah, designing websites (well I guess I that's what you're really here about). I have the ability to balance the priorities of the company and well as the client (and still have time and energy to spend with the family) First started working in the web arena around the dot com bubble, designing a few small mom and pop sites to get my feet wet and finally diving completely in soon as I started learning the magic of code. Since then I have successfully worked on projects from local businesses to international corporations like Diebold and Cleveland Clinic just to name a couple.
My skill set:
Regardless the tool the final result will be XHTML (HTML 4 and currently reviewing HTML 5) and CSS 2 (currently reviewing CSS 3) standards compliant. All of this can be done on either a PC or a Mac. Want to know more, download my resume and drop me a line.
